How to Delete Your Account or Reset Data
Delete Your Account Permanently
If you wish to permanently remove your account and all associated personal information, please follow these steps within the mobile app:
Open the App: Ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.
Go to Profile: Tap the Profile icon in the navigation bar.
Access Support: Select Help & Support.
Delete Account: Tap Delete My Account.
Confirm: Follow the prompts in the confirmation modal.
Warning: This action cannot be undone. Once deleted, your profile, history, and saved preferences will be purged from our systems.
Reset Your Data (History Only)
If you want to keep your account but clear your activity and history, you can perform a data reset:
Navigate to Settings: From your Profile, go to Privacy & Data.
Select Reset: Tap on Reset Data.
Acknowledge: This will clear your history and preferences but will not delete your account or login credentials.
